About
Ludewig Multimedia was incorporated in 2004. From 1997 to 2004, the company was known as CJ Software, a sole proprietorship owned by Carl Ludewig. Throughout its history, the company has provided innovative solutions to challenging technical problems to startups and entrepreneurs.
Highlights of the business included providing plug-in free audio streaming technology to AudioBase in the late 1990s and co-inventing a distrubuted media platform for Open Entertainment (for which a US patent was awarded in 2007).
In 2005, the company integrated the assets of Destiny Music Productions, an independent record label, which also operated the MuzicTone CD e-commerce service for artists.
Carl also co-founded the mobile advertising company Ad Infuse, which was acquired by Velti in 2009.
